A me con la versione 3 non va nessun collegamento a nessun server (ntp e server web per il collect dei dati), il check della connessione Internet è ok,
La versione precedente invia i dati senza problemi.

ping google.it

ho un sospetto: sono in LAN, la 2 funziona e la 3 no con la stessa configurazione. Il comando ifconfig mi da il Bcast a 192.168.1.255 ma il mio gateway è 192.168.1.1
Credo sia quello l'errore (ma nella 2 non c'è questo problema).
Adesso devo capire come modificare il gateway... sono poco avvezzo a linux

Modificato con il comando
sudo route add default gw 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 eth0
e funziona sia l'aggiornamento della data/ora sia l'invio dei dati

qualcuno ha risolto?
aggiornmamento.... nel raspberry il file viene salvato ma non fa l'upload dell'immagine

vedi l'immagine della IPcam... Altrimenti c'è qualche parametro non corretto. Che tipo/modello di IPcam è?
Controlla anche se la dimensione del file dell'immagine salvata è 0. Se è così ovviamente il file esiste ma non è un'immagine valida e torniamo al discorso dei possibili parametri errati.
Sto provando l'immagine swpi 3 riveduta e corretta nella parte DHCP. Già che c'ero credo di aver sistemato un bug in swpi nell'acquisizione webcam via uvccapture e via ffmpeg, magari poi chiederò un merge a Tony.
Intanto se tutto continua ad andare bene domani la riuppo.

Seven fa una giusta osservazione.
Non tutte le ipCam hanno comandi uguali.
Nel mio caso la giusta stringa è questa
sudo wget -O /swpi/img/cam1.jpg "http://TUOIP:TUAPORTA/snapshot.cgi?
user=admin&pwd=TUAPASSWOR"
Servono anche gli apici, puoi provare da riga di comando, quando trovi la stringa giusta la puoi inserire nel file swpi.cfg editandolo, non da interfaccia web.
Questo e quello che ho fatto io

la foto si vede (la vedo anch'io da da qui), ma questo non è lo stesso indirizzo che hai inserito nella maschera di configurazione di swpi.
Dal tuo post precedente si vede che l'indirizzo inserito è:

...che fa una certa differenza. Quindi al posto di "192.168.1.104:5025" nella maschera di swpi prova a mettere "ciapa.no-ip.org:5025" e vediamo cosa succede.
Per Roberto: ieri per la prima volta è successo anche a me ma stavo salvando un file e non sono riuscito a capire in che modo questo possa aver influito. Continuo a ravanare...

i due indirizzi puntano alla stessa ip cam, ho il DNS attivo con il port forward,
ho provato a dare entrambi i comandi da console e funzionano, viene creato il file di 33k
adesso dal log si vede che l'immagine viene salvata... ma c'è sempre un eerrore

Prova a metterlo così come lo vedi.
Edita il file swpi.cfg
In questo modo mandi una sola immagine sul web senza timestamp.
Se è tutto ok dovresti vederla
