ciao. se fai una semplice ricerca su Google penso non sia difficile trovare una guida su come fare per il raspbery o anche debian ubuntu ...è lo stesso

Ti rispondo io, Tony è ancora in ferie.

Si certamente, da terminale digita
sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces

devi modificare il file così:
iface lo inet loopback
#iface eth0 inet dhcp
iface eth0 inet static
        address 111.222.333.444
        netmask 255.255.255.0
        gateway 111.222.333.555

Ovviamente address e gateway devono essere quelli che servono a te.
Questi numeri sono solo un esempio
